Looking for a space that has charm? The Brick Store is ideal for small private parties, community meetings or business gatherings. The Brick Store is available to rent year round with a capacity of about 50 people standing, and 26-30 seated. If using both the main and bottom floor, the capacity is much more. What is included?
Your rental includes the main floor of the general store, and the lower level with two additional rooms, bar area, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. See photos below.
Separate fee to rent plates, drinkware, linens, silverware, etc.
Amenities: Light filled space, cafe lights, tables (of varying sizes), chairs (variety of styles), counters for food and gifts, electricity, cocktails & bar area downstairs, heated space in winter months, air-conditioning in warmer months, bathrooms (2, downstairs), kitchen (downstairs).
Parking is diagonally across the street at Park & Ride. Parking is also available at the Town Office across the street after office hours, and on the weekends.
